Oye. This week I hit the "wall." I had a few awful days and (of course) felt like crud after I chose to give into all of my urges (although, at the time, everything tasted sooooo gooood. :0). After a few good workouts and good common sense, I rededicated myself. I'll looking forward to this next week as a major improvement! -Lori
I didn't hit the wall, I hit the chair with my leg still up on the pillow....MRI tomorrow.....It's just too bad my knee doesn't hurt bad enough to keep me from going into the kitchen! But I am trying and I do miss my exercise. I love fall and I wanted to jump on my bicycle-either pedal or motor-and ride all over town this morning as it was so pretty up here today! I am not losing anything without my exercise but I am not gaining either. So on to week 4.....
Jaden says sometimes i get sick of this diet and i havent lost any weight but i feel better so i am still doing it.
okay, week 3 went well with trying to eat all of my vegies and fruits. I didn't as well with my exercising but I am hoping I can get more energy for week 4 and continue losing weight.
Well, I didn't do the best this week either, about the same as my last weeks. My weekdays went pretty well (didn't get the activity I needed to though), but my weekend was a bit stressful with being sick myself and having a sick baby(my dog) so I didn't eat to much and what I did eat wasn't the best. But I did get to go out to the Timbermine and it was awfully yummy. AND I skipped desert, so yea for me. Better luck to all this week!! Maybe it will be a bit easier with the sun shining!!
Simple competition focused on healthy eating and living a healthy lifestyle. You'll feel better, gain a support network and hopefully lose weight in the process!
