Congrats on finishing yet another week. Thanks everyone who posted recipe ideas! There were lots of great ideas and nummy recipes that I'm excited to try. This is my reminder to email me your points tomorrow. I know you want those extra 5 points! Here is the daily calendar for Week 3.
Week 3
Monday - Eat all your fruits today.
Tuesday - Do 30 minutes of strength training today.
Wednesday - Do a secret act of service today.
Thursday - Drink all of your water today.
Friday - Eat something off the bad food list and don't subtract any points!
Saturday - Go to www.fitinsix.blogspot.com and introduce yourself to us by clicking on the comments (like you did for the recipes).
Sunday - Write down a goal for Week 4 and put it somewhere you will see it.

We will be out of town on Saturday and I'm not sure I will be able to get to a computer. So I thought I'd do this now.
I'm Elisabeth Smith, I live In the Sunny State of Florida with my Husband of 5+ years and our three children, Katelyn (3) Dallin (21 months) and Grant (3 Months) Cameron is in his 3rd year of medical school. before life as a mom I taught school at Central Elementary in Pleasant Grove UT while Cameron finished up at BYU, I also Graduated from BYU.
I am also Lori's favorite Cousin and Amy Durtschi's Favorite sister. I did Feel Great in 8 back in May but haven't done any of the other compitions because I was way too pregnent after that. now that I carry my baby on the outside rather then the inside, I'm ready to get back in shape, and not the round one I have grown to know so well.
