Week 5

Wow! What a week this has been. Here it is 10:15 p.m. my time and I'm just barely getting this email out. Sorry! I usually try to get it out earlier, but things this week have just been crazy! I hope your weeks have been much more calm. :) Well here is your friendly reminder to send me your points, pretty please, tomorrow. I know you want those extra 5 points! ;) Also, if you successfully did 30 minutes of cardio every day this week please add that to your email so I can put you into our mini competition drawing. I will be doing the drawing Wednesday, so if you participated in the mini competition please let me know ASAP! You will have this week off of mini competitions, but get excited because we'll do another next week! Here is this weeks Daily Calendar.

Monday
- Eat all of your fiber today.
Tuesday - Spend some time chatting with a friend today. It's good for the soul.
Wednesday - Spend 15 minutes reading something of your choice; be it a magazine, a book, a poem, etc.
Thursday - Happy Valentines Day! Express your love for someone that wouldn't otherwise get a Valentine today.
Friday - Drink all of your water today.
Saturday - Eat something off the bad food list and don't subtract any points!
Sunday - Write in your journal today.
